Watches purchased from citizenshop.me may only be shipped for delivery within Kuwait. We are unable to ship internationally.

All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions.

Shipping and Delivery

Your order will be fulfilled by Citizen distributed in Kuwait Easa Husain Al Yousifi & Sons Co.

Citizen offers delivery service through our Courier Company to all locations in Kuwait. You can order from us and get the delivery at your home or at your office as specified in the 'Shipping Details' in your profile with citizenshop.me. A KWD 0 will be collected as shipping fees.

Our Courier Company will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience as per the following:

3 calls per shipment to find your exact address.
2 delivery attempts per shipment.

Orders will be delivered to your 'Shipping Address' within 3 to 5 working days if the location is within the serviceable area.

Any territory falls outside the delivery parameter, or in case the defined 'Shipping Address' is not reachable, The courier company will contact you to receive the order from their nearest office or a pre agreed location.

Tracking

As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order provided the order has not been shipped yet from our warehouse. Once the watch has been shipped we will not be able to accommodate the cancellation request. Please call customer service at +965 1 809 809, Sunday - Thursday from 8am to 5pm.

Limited Warranty

All watches purchased through citizenshop.me come with a 3-year limited warranty.

3 years International warranty T&C

The 3 years International warranty certify that the Citizen Watch will be repaired free of charge by any member of the Citizen Worldwide Service Network shown in the below link within 3 years from the date of purchase in cases of defects in the material or workmanship of this watch.

However, please note that our free repair service does not cover the following:

Damage after the guarantee period expires.
Damage due to owner's neglect, remodelling or any previous faulty repairs by unauthorized service centers.
Damage due to fire or other natural disasters.
Failure to present the Guarantee Card.
Damage on watch glass and watch band.
Any damage caused by wear or accident to all watch appearance components and their surface including but not limited to the glass, crown, push button, watchband, watchcase.
Power cell (in case of Quartz Watch).
Improperly filled out Guarantee Card.

Also please take care concerning the following points:

Owner will be charged for postage, insurance and such costs as may be incurred outside the normal repair costs under the guarantee.
For those customers requiring their watches to be repaired in countries other than those where the purchase was originally made, repair services are available though it is to be acknowledged that it might take somewhat longer than normal.
We reserve the right to relinquish all responsibilities under this guarantee for repairs if the watch is tampered with or damaged by any other than Citizen authorized service facilities.
In quartz watches, the original power cell in the watch is a service power cell inserted before shipment of the watch and there might be cases where the life of the power cell is shorter than that specified in the Instruction Manual.
In the United Kingdom this guarantee does not affect any applicable statutory rights of a consumer.
